North Dakota doesn't have voter registration, but you must have a valid North Dakota ID to vote. Most voters use their ND driver's license or ND non-driver's ID card.

Option 1) Vote By Mail: Apply online or pick up your application from the Ward County Admin Building at 225 3rd St SE, Minot. Apply for next year's elections starting on January 1, 2026.
