Please review the following guidelines for our sponsors:

 

1. The League of Women Voters of North Dakota (LWVND) is committed to nonpartisanship. As such, your organization must be either: (1) a registered 501(c)3, or, (2) nonpartisan in nature. Sponsoring organizations agree that they do not participate in campaigns for public office, do not financially oppose/support or endorse/disparage specific candidates, and have and will not declare their membership in or affiliation with a particular political party.

2. Members of your organization’s leadership/administrative team must not be running for elected office in 2024 or currently hold public office. This guideline also applies to individuals seeking to sponsor the voter guide.

3. Organizations agree to provide logos suitable for promotional use in print and digital media. Acceptable file types include: hi-res .jpg, .png, .eps, and .ai. (100MB limit).

4. Individuals agree to be acknowledged by name in print and digital media, unless they wish their sponsorship to remain anonymous. Sponsors shall inform LWVND of their acknowledgment preference at the time of their pledge.

We reserve the right to review sponsorship applications for nonpartisanship and verify if the applicant aligns with the League of Women Voters’ mission and values.
